Day 01: Delhi/Haridwar
Upon your arrival at Delhi International Airport, you will receive a warm welcome by our executive, who will transfer you to the hotel in Delhi. Afternoon local sightseeing in the city and today itself you will take a comfortable air conditioned drive to the holy city of Haridwar. Overnight stay in hotel at Haridwar.
Day 02 : Haridwar/Rudraprayag
Attend morning aarti at Har-ki-pauri. If you want you can also enjoy boat ride visting the various ghats at Haridwar. After breakfast drive to Rudraprayag enroute visiting Deoprayag. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Rudraprayag.
Day 03 : Rudraprayag/Kedarnath
Rudraprayag is beautifully located at the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers in close proximity to Garhwal. Its a beautiful destination to be at. It is said that to master in theories of music Narad Muni worshipped Lord Shiva here. In the morning visit Shiva and Jagdamba temples. Post lunch drive to Gaurikund. Trekking mainly starts from Gaurikund to Kedarnath. You can either hire a pony else you can also travel of your own. If is advisable to keep all medical requirements in case of emergengy. Night halt.
Day 04 : Kedarnath/Rudraprayag
Morning visit to Kedarnath temple. Kedarnath is an another sacred religious shrine of Char Dham Yatra pilgrimage tour. It lies in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, in the lap of Indian Himalayas. Kedarnath is the remotest shrines among all the Char Dham shrines and is located at an altitude of 3,584 meters above sea level near to Mandakini river. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Kedarnath shrine presents a beautiful view of snow capped mountains and lush green valleys. The shrine opens for pilgrimage in April end and closes in October end as it remains cut off from rest part of the world because of heavy snowfall in the Himalayan ranges. Drive to Rudraprayag. Overnight stay and dinner at Rudraprayag.
Day 05 : Rudraprayag/Badrinath (Enroute Joshimath)
On the fifth day of the tour you will drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. Evening at leisure. Night halt.
Day 06 : Badrinath/Rishikesh
In the morning of the 6th day of your DO DHAM tour visit the famous Badrinath temple for special aarti and pooja. Badrinath is a famous holy shrine of Hindus, which is situated in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. It is considered as the most important sites of Char Dham pilgrimage and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Located at an altitude of 3,415 meters above sea level, Badrinath temple is perched on the banks of Alaknanda river. It is surrounded by Nar and Narayan mountains and is situated at a distance of 301 km from Rishikesh. Explore the area near Badrinath. Night Halt.
Day 07 : Rishikesh/Delhi
Get up early in the moring and drive back to Rishikesh. If you wnat you can spend a day at Rishikesh enjoy Ganga aarti and white water rafting adventure and leave the next day. Otherwise from Rishikesh you can drive back to Delhi itself and carry on with your onward journey.
